Project Master- Modified date does not match the last audit record in View Changes

• Clicking update and save without changing any fields updates the Modified date

• Modified date doesn't match the audits listed within View Changes

User clicked Update and Accept without making any changes

• Modified will reflect the last time that the Accept option as clicked from Update mode. If update is cancelled the modified field will not be updated. 

• The View Changes option will reflect field changes, if no changes are made there will be no record generated.
