Description of Issue

Payment Batch Reversal errors while trying to reverse a lockbox payment batch

  • Unable to reverse transactionId

  • Error executing SQL statement createTenderMap

Cause

Error occurs when trying to reverse transaction that paid multiple bills



Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. 

Current workaround is to manually reverse the payments experiencing the error, using the Payment Reversal program, until a fix is available.
