How do we set up the 834 File to satisfy requirements for Anthem insurance

Anthem needs the Group Number to be in the Loop 2300 vs Loop 2000 on the Employee Benefits Export.

Anthem wants the Group Number to be in Loop 2300 as opposed to Loop 2000.

On the Reporting Screen Options window the Do Not Use Member Policy Numbers check box controls the Loop 2300 and 2000 Group Number.

Do not Use Member Policy Numbers – This controls whether policy numbers are reported in the 2000 loop or the 2300 loop.  Normally, if the policy number is the same across all benefits – that is, across all 2300 loop entries – then the policy number will be reported in the 2300 loop.  This option will force the policy number to always be in the 2300 loop.
