Would like to know what the definition of Calendar for Deduction Limit Type means.
Resolution
In Payroll> Payroll Set up> Deduction and Benefit Master, Limit Type Field defined as Calendar means the Limit Amount is based on the Calendar Year.
Additional Information
The Amount Taken in each payroll will occur up until the dollar amount is reached that is defined in the Employee Limit or Employer Limit Field on Deduction Benefit Master or Employee Deductions Limit Field. It will start over each calendar year.
If enter a Limit on a deduction, and leave the Limit Type blank, the system calculates based on calendar year limit.
