ESS 500 Internal Server Error when cancelling requested time

Description of Issue

  • Supervisor is receiving a 500-Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. when cancelling requested time in Employee Self Service

  • Exception from ESS Exception Log is MUERROR: Error executing GetSharedCalendarGUID

Cause

There is an outdated or unused record in Shared Calendars



Resolution

  1. Navigate to Shared Calendars

    1. Munis > Human Resources > Personnel Setup > Shared Calendars

  2. Click Search 

  3. Click Accept

  4. If any outdated, unused, or test records return, click Delete to remove these records from the program and try again

    1. If no records return, reach out to EERP Human Resources Support
