Unable To Make Changes On Time History

Description of Issue

The actions area in Time History is not available for me to edit or delete time.



Context

  • Time & Attendance

  • ExecuTime

  • Payroll Functions

  • Time History



Cause

The payroll is locked and is not allowed to be modified until unlocking the payroll



Resolution

In order to make changes on Time History:

  1. Navigate to Payroll Functions → Time Balancing

  2. Locate the pay period in question

  3. Uncheck the box Lock This Pay Period

  4. Select Time History 

  5. Locate the pay period in question

  6. Notice that you have the actions icons available to make edits to the timecard

  7. Select Time Balancing once complete

  8. Check the box for Lock This Pay Period
