Change how pay code is named on Pay Advice

Customer has a boot reimbursement pay that is generally paid out once a year. It is showing as NPPAY on the advice, but they want it to say BOOTS so employees know what the pay is for.

• Payroll

• Print Checks/Advices

• Pay Master

• Earnings and Deductions

Need to update the abbreviation for the Pay Code on Pay Master.

1. Navigate to Payroll>Payroll Setup>Pay Master.

2. Search for Pay Code. Click Accept.

3. Click Update.

4. Change Abbr field to what would be displayed on Check/Advice (ex, BOOTS)

5. Click Accept.
