Point and Pay Export fails when run in Scheduler



Description of Issue

When scheduling the point & pay export, the scheduler job fails and goes to a Hold status. Unable to determine what error occurred and the export file appears to be intact in the Export directory.

Point and Pay when run manually processes fine with no error.

Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. Contact Munis Tax Support for assistance.

Workaround at this time is to run the Point & Pay Export manually instead of scheduling the process. The program can still be scheduled, but the scheduled job must be recreated or taken off from hold manually after each failure.
