Description of Issue

Cannot access MSS

This site can't be reached - The connection was reset. - ERR_CONNECTION_RESET - Chrome error

Cause

Incorrect binding configuration in IIS or incorrect external DNS 



Resolution

Please create a support case with TSM SaaS with the environment that is having this issue.
