Determine the Current Assessment Year in Tax Settings

Need to know what is set as the Current Assessment Year in Tax Settings. 

• Property Tax Billing 
• Tax Settings (txparmnt) 

As a general rule, many of the Assessor programs in the Tax Module use the Current Assessment Year defined in Tax Settings for processing. 

1. Navigate to the Tax Settings program either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Assessor Setup > Tax Settings 
2. The program opens on the General tab. 
3. The Current assessment year is listed underneath Assessor information on the General tab.
