Maintain mappings function no longer available in centrals programs

Description of Issue

In version 2020.3 and up, the maintain mappings button was removed from all centrals programs. 



Context

  • ERP Enterprise

  • Munis

  • Centrals Programs

  • Attachments



Cause

This feature was removed in versions 2020.3 and up. 



Resolution

Download and install MUN-426488 when available. 

As a workaround, from the Tyler Menu:

  1. Enterprise ERP > System Administration > General Administration > Attachment Types

  2. Click Add

  3. In the Dropdown list begin typing and use the down arrows to locate and select the Context/Application  
    For example Purchase Orders

  4. Type the mapping name 
    For example, requisition

  5. Click the Ellipses button in the Document Type field

  6. Scroll to locate and select the Document Type you wish to map, then click Accept
    If scrolling does not appear to load all types zoom out to display the entire list

  7. Tab to auto-populate the Caption and Description fields

  8. Add a check to the Active box towards the right side of the screen

  9. If mapping is to be read only, check that box as well

  10. Click the ellipses in the Munis Field column to map the source
    Using Requisition Attachment as example, click the ellispes on the Contract field

  11. Select the source for the data field and click Accept

  12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 for each available data field
    Note - if mapping is read only, only map the fields necessary to surface the expected attachment

  13. Check the Searchable box for at least one data field
    Caution - only map 1 to 3 data fields to ensure the attachment specific to the record is surfaced

  14. Click Accept to save
