Error with Employee Import - Action Flag is required but has not been defined for this row

When attempting to import hourly rate increases, customer received error saying, Action Flag is required but has not been defined for this row. The action flag is in both the template and the file. 

• Payroll

• Employee Job/Salary

• Employee Import

Import file had leading spaces in action flag column. 

1. Open import file.

2. Highlight the action flag column and delete.

3. Add new column and populate with just action flag. Save file.

4. Navigate to Employee Import (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Import).

5. Define with template, file and other import parameters.

6. Click Accept.
