First step is to setup an Exchange Delegate that will act as the sender of these requests. Below is a link to documentation that goes over setting this up for Munis:Â
Once the Exchange Delegate has been added to hosting, you can then add them to the Delegate Access function in Outlook for the user whose calendar will be accepting these requests
Finally you can follow the below documentation to setup the Shared Calendar records in Munis:
Once the Time Off Requests are approved, the requests will be submitted to the Email listed in the Shared Calendar, with the Exchange Delegate as the sender, and will be added to the calendar
