Error 15632 Printing to Tyler Forms

When a Tyler Forms client prints to the !TF printer they receive the error Cannot continue with forms printer. An error occurred while loading XML file. Status: -15632

• Munis 11.3+

• General Billing

• Print Invoices

• Tyler Forms

Users will receive a FORMS statement error when they are trying to print General Billing Invoices to their Tyler Form. This is due to the user not selecting Create Export File - XML when defining their Print Invoice .

1. During the Print Invoice Define, confirm the user is selecting Create Export File - XML and then attempt to re-print the invoices.

2. If invoices still do not print or there are further errors, please contact Munis Support.

Users may encounter similar but different errors but not limited to the examples below:
