Description of Issue

Event notification does not include any information about the work order



Context

  • Enterprise Asset Management

Cause

Due to a defect, when user's workflow delivery method in User Attributes is set to All, event notification e-mails contain the assistant message instead of the e-mail message



Resolution

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version:

  • 2019.1.22.2774 - MUN-456279

  • 2021.7.0.779 - MUN-458023

Workaround:  Set user's workflow delivery method to E-mail
