Create email notification using ReadyForms to notify employees of W2 availability in ESS

Description of Issue

User wants to send a mass email to employees to let them know that their W-2 is ready to view in ESS.

Cause

There is no functionality in ESS to automatically send this notification email. User can create a separate delivery definition using ReadyForms to send a mass email.



Resolution

  1. Navigate to System Administration>Printer/Device Administration>ReadyForms>Delivery Definitions

  2. Search for W2 document model

  3. Click Add.

  4. Define a Name. Click Accept. 

  5. Click Add under Steps. 

  6. Under Step Details, define the name. Example, Email.

  7. Check the applicable Template Option. 

  8. Under Actions, check the Email checkbox. 

  9. Define all Email setting fields. Click Accept.
