Pay Code Reverting Once Date Is Chosen



Description of Issue

When creating a time-off or hours request, the pay code is reverting back to the first available in the drop down after a date is chosen.

Cause

A check is being done to ensure the selected pay code is valid for the chosen date and is then resetting the code to the first available in the drop down instead of keeping the chose code.



Resolution

Time & Attendance will need to be upgraded beyond 2022.2.1. Please reach out to Time & Attendance support at timeandattendance@tylertech.com or your PM/IC in order to have an upgrade case created.

For versions prior to 2022.2.1, the pay code will need to be chosen after the date to ensure the request is created with the correct pay code.
