Description of Issue

Where do we setup reason codes for COBRA Eligibility in the software?

Cause

COBRA Reason Codes are defined in the Miscellaneous Codes program.



Resolution

  1. Navigate to the program Miscellaneous Codes.

    • Menu > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Miscellaneous Codes

  2. Locate the code type BFCQ - BENEFIT ENROLLMENT COBRA QUALIFYING CODE.

  3. Double-click to launch the detail record and select Add in the toolbar to add in a new code value.
