Manually Create Or Delete Benefit Bank

Can a bank of benefit time be manually created for an employee?

Cause




Resolution

To manually create a benefit bank:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Master File Management

  3. Select Benefit Time or Benefit Hours

  4. Use the Employee Search to enter the employee's name and select Find

  5. Select the + icon

  6. Use the Type drop down to select the correct code

  7. Enter the desired number of hours/days

  8. Select Save

To manually delete a benefit bank:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Master File Management

  3. Select Benefit Time or Benefit Hours

  4. Use the Employee Search to enter the employee's name and select Find

  5. Select the deletion icon for the bank that needs to be removed
