Description of Issue

Basemap icons are not displaying in Field Work, Asset Registry and Work Manager when a Basemap Service is configured in GIS Configuration



Context

  • Enterprise Asset Management 

  • EAM 



Cause

Thumbnail url was not configured in basemap service 



Resolution

Populate Thumbnail URL for basemap in GIS Configuration:

  1. Open GIS Configuration

  2. Click on the basemap service

  3. Click Update

  4. Enter in a URL for an image in the Thumbnail Url field

  5. Click Accept
