Fujitsu ScanSnap compatibility with Content Manager

• Unable to get the ScanSnap scanner working with Content Manager (either through the CM Full Client or via the HTML Viewer in Enterprise ERP)
• Are the Fujitsu ScanSnap scanners compatible with Enterprise ERP/Content Manager?

While most Fujitsu scanners are TWAIN compatible, Fujitsu ScanSnap scanners are not and will therefore not work successfully with Content Manager. Any scanner that's intended to be used with Content Manager must be TWAIN compatible. You can always double check this by navigating to the scanner manufacturer's website to verify if the scanner model you are using has a TWAIN driver listed that can be installed. 

From the Fujitsu manufacturer website:
"... ScanSnap scanners operate with ScanSnap Manager, a specially designed driver that does not support TWAIN or ISIS™. Therefore, it does not appear as a source in applications supporting TWAIN / ISIS™ and cannot be used with such applications."
