834 Report - INS07 Element Setup

We need to report COBRA reasons in the INS07 element of the 2000 loop, how do we set this up?

• INS07 Element

• 2000 Loop

• COBRA

Insurance provider required.

1. To review the setup of the INS07 Element you will need to navigate to Employee Benefits 834 Export.

   • Menu > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Benefits Administration > Benefits Enrollment > Employee Benefits 834 Export

2. Click 834 Report in the toolbar to launch the 834 Report webpage.

3. Locate the specific report you wish to review.

4. Navigate to the 2000 Loop for the INS Segment and scroll down to see the INS07 Element in the element detail view.

5. By default this should be set to Type: FIELD NAME and Source Detail: pmbf_cobra_qual.

   • This field will look to the COBRA Qualifying drop down field on the Employee 834 record

     • This COBRA Qualifying field will look to the Employee Deduction record under the COBRA tab from the field COBRA Reason
