Receiving URL error when trying to process SSRS reports in Time and Attendance

Error when trying to create reports in Time and Attendance. 

ERROR

Connection test failed: 400: Bad Request; The base URL of the SSRS report server setting may not be formed correctly (make sure there is a "?" after ReportServer in the URL)

Time and Attendance has the incorrect URL input for the Base URL of the SSRS report server.

The correct URL can be found in Tyler Deploy in System Configurations > ExecuTime > Choose environment you are working in. The URL will be listed in the ExecuTime drop down labeled SSRS Report Server URL.
