TPAR password reset emails are not sending.

If configuration is correct, this may be due to parksandrec services not running properly.
Checking Configuration
Navigate to Administration > System Setup > System Settings.
Collapse All. Expand Email Settings.
Enter an email into the Test Email field.
Click the envelope icon.
If an error message is shown or the test email never arrives, discontinue these steps. Contact TSM SaaS to verify SMTP configuration. Provide the error message when creating a case.
Navigate to Administration > System Setup > Email Templates.
Click Contact Password Changed.
Verify that the FROM field contains a valid email address.
ERP Pro 9 and ERP Pro 10 are blocked from masking outgoing emails. In this case, the FROM field must exactly match the User ID field found in System Settings > Email Settings. The field can also be blank to default to the email address specified in System Settings.
Enter an email into the Test Email field.
Click Send Test Email.
Verify that a test Contact Password Changed email was received.
If the test email never arrives after performing these steps, contact TSM SaaS to restart parks services.
