Description of Issue

We need to install a custom package/MUN to Enterprise ERP (Munis)

Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • Tyler Deploy

  • Custom Package

Cause

Need to install a custom MUN

Resolution

  1. Log into Tyler Deploy

  2. Navigate to the applicable Munis ERP environment's Product Deployment page

  3. Click on Tasks

  4. In the dropdown, select Install Professional Services Package

  5. Enter the update number 

    1. Ex: MUN-123456

  6. Click Run

Additional Information

MUNs created as custom Professional Services Packages can be installed individually. General MUNs released for all clients cannot, and are installed as part of releases.
