The budget year on account shows as 0000, when is this updated?

Cause
Resolution
The budget year on the account is updated when a Budget completion journal is posted.
It will display as 0000 until the first original budget completion journal is posted. After which, the year will display as the most recent that the original budget (BUC) was posted.
