When is the budget year on the account updated

The budget year on account shows as 0000, when is this updated?

• Accounts

• Budget

• Original budget

• The budget year on the account is updated when a Budget completion journal is posted. 

• It will display as 0000 until the first original budget completion journal is posted. After which, the year will display as the most recent that the original budget (BUC) was posted.
