Organizational Unit Drop Down Field Not Populating on Reports

An employee is unable to locate department as an option in the organization drop down field when running the Job Costing Report 

• Time & Attendance

• Reports 

• Job Costing Report

• Security & Permission Role

• Employee Access 

The employee did not have the department checked as a whole under Security & Permissions> Employee Access 

1. Select System Admin

2. Select Security & Permissions

3. Select the Pencil for the Role in question

4. Select Employee Access

5. Check the Organization Unit in question as a whole

6. Click Save
