Incorrect Overtime Code Applying

Description of Issue

A new overtime policy was created for a specific scenario however now that overtime code is applying to all employee's timecards.



Context

  • Time & Attendance

  • ExecuTime

  • Overtime



Cause

The new overtime policy should not have been created as that code will be manually added to the timecard due to the specific scenario in which it should apply.



Resolution

To remove the Overtime Policy:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Polices & Rule Engine 

  3. Select the deletion icon for the newly added policy
