Overtime Not calculating

Client reported issue with Overtime for a specific workgroup not calculating correctly.

• Time & Attendance

• Over Time Policy

The issue was the over time policy had he same pay code set to both Time Worked OT Code and Other OT code. This is an incorrect policy configuration

1. Login to Time & Attendance with Admin Access

2. Click System Admin

3. Click Policies and Rules Engine

4. Click the Edit Pencil Icon for the workgroup the employee's are apart of

5. Either Remove the code from the Other OT Code Dropdown or set it to a different code flagged as other.

6. Click Save
