Description of Issue

The following violation is showing for an employee, how can this be corrected?

Overtime Deducted But Not Split From Salaried Policy



Context

  • Time & Attendance

  • ExecuTime

  • Overtime



Cause

The pay codes on the employee's timecard were set to count towards Time Worked or Overtime but did not allow it to split.



Resolution

To update the pay code settings:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Master File Management

  3. Select Pay Codes

  4. Select the pencil for the pay code in question

  5. Check the box Allow Overtime to be split from this pay code

  6. Select Save
