Future Dated Leave Requests And Position Change
When an employee creates a leave request for a future pay period, will the assigned position update if the employee's position changes between now and then?

For Time & Attendance 2022.2.1+, there is a new Time entry position update job that will take care of updating the position on a leave request or holiday schedule entry if the employee's position changes after its creation.

If you are on a Time & Attendance release prior to 2022.2.1, the position will need to be manually updated on the request. If there is not a drop down available for the Position field, a clocking policy will need to be created and the following article can be used for its creation.
Change Position Clocking Policy
The original request can also be deleted and then recreated so the correct position is assigned.
