What Munis permissions will grant functional access to Bank Reconciliation?
Site has purchased the Cash Management module.

Bank Reconciliation Manager
As long as your site has purchased the Cash Management module, users just require menu access to Bank Reconciliation or Bank Reconciliation Manager program and GL data access to be able to use it.
There are no separate Cash Management module permissions.
In the ribbon in Bank Reconciliation or Bank Reconciliation Manager, there are links to other programs, like AP Recon, which users can only access if they have menu access to these programs.
If users have limited GL data access, relevant records need to have Bank Reconciliation or Bank Reconciliation Manager selected under Applicable Programs.
