Change Position Clocking Policy



Description of Issue

Can a policy be created for an employee with multiple positions to be able to choose between them when filling in their timesheet?

Cause

A position clocking policy can be created to allow a drop down to display when entering time.



Resolution
  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Policies & Rules Engine

  3. Select Clocking Policy

  4. Select the + icon

  5. Use the Location drop down menu to select a Location (Optional)

  6. Use the Company drop down menu to select a Company

  7. Use the Division drop down menu to select a Division (Optional)

  8. Use the Department drop down menu to select a Department (Optional)

  9. For the Clocking Policy, select Change Position

  10. For Active, select Yes

  11. Select Save
