Description of Issue

Can you delete old positions as an option in the drop down when employees clock in and out?

Cause

Informational 

Resolution

Positions can be end dated on the employees profile. 

  1. Select System Admin 

  2. Select Master File Management 

  3. Select the Pencil for the employee in question

  4. Select the Positions tab 

  5. Fill in the expiration date for the position in question

  6. Select Save for current Period
