ExecuTime - Not enough leave time





Description of Issue

Employee is unable to request time off in ExecuTime, says that they do not have enough time.

Resolution
  1. Go to Benefit Summary for employee. Employee Actions > Benefit Summary.

  2. Click on Search Glass next to the benefit type the employee is taking.

  3. Locate the records that are included in the Used amount on the Benefit Summary screen and take note of the dates.

  4. Go to Time Balancing. Payroll Functions > Time Balancing.

  5. Pull up pay period that time off request fall in.

  6. Select Payroll Posted. This will zero out the Used field and allow the employee to request time.



Cause

The Benefits System Scheduled Job was run that brought in current benefit amounts (accrual amount) from Munis but the Payroll Posted button had not been selected to zero out the used field on the Benefit Summary screen.
