Payroll Global Date Change updating all Employee Job Salary records Current Historical and Future

When I process the Payroll Global Date Change in Employee Job Salary to end date a certain pay code, it inserts that end date on all the records instead of just the current. (Historical and Future)

Enhancement 

When processing the Global Date Change in Employee Job/Salary to end date a pay type, by design, it will update all instances of that pay code, Historical, Current and Future. The below enhancement work ticket will add an option to determine which instance(s) should be updated.
