General Journal Entry Proof - Report Incomplete error

When attempting to print a journal from General Journal Entry/Proof the following appears:

Report Incomplete

An error occurred while trying to join temporary files to produce your report. 

The following temporary files may contain data for your report.

If this report cannot be easily reproduced, please take a screen shot of this error and contact Munis Technical Support.

• General Journal Entry/Proof

Check the assigned printer for any unprinted reports that may be stuck in the queue. Clear, or complete these print jobs, and then attempt to re-print journal through General Journal Entry/Proof.
