Tyler Cashiering supervisor's password invalid

Error: supervisor's password is invalid

• Tyler Cashiering 

• Invalid Password

• Preference Tab

• Supervisor Password

• Supervisor Approval Password 

1. In Tyler Cashiering navigate to Administration> Users

2. Click the pencil next to the username

3. Click the Preferences Tab 

4. Type in the password in the Supervisor approval password field

5. Click Save

6. Refresh TC 

Note: E-mail address is required when authenticating in the supervisor prompt
