Supervisor's Password Not Known
Context
Override Budget password prompt
Typically occur in AP or Purchasing module programs
Supervisor's Password
Cause
Unknown budget override password
Resolution
Munis Support does not have access to the Supervisor's Password.
If the password has been forgotten or is unknown, the Finance Director or other site Admin can submit a written request to Munis General Ledger Support to clear the existing password value so it can be reset.
