Unable to release Items w/ Non-Encumbered Accts contract in Contract Entry

Contract Management

Contract Entry

Cause

Contract has no GL account assigned to the items

Resolution

Financials>Purchasing>Contract Management>Contract Entry

  1. Click Search
  2. Enter Contract Number
  3. Click Accept
  4. Click Update
  5. Navigate to Items tab
  6. Click View Items
  7. Click Update and enter a GL account on the item
  8. Click Accept
