Purchase Order line item with commodity code is not pulling in sales tax

Purchase Order Change Order

Cause

Commodity code not set to Subject to Tax

Resolution

Munis>Departmental Functions>Commodity Codes

  1. Click Search
  2. Enter Commodity Code
  3. Click Accept
  4. Click Update
  5. Select Subject to Tax checkbox
  6. Click Accept
