Description of Issue

How do I import our new Custom ReadyForms templates?
Need to import new ReadyForms template.

Cause

A new form has been created and needs to be added into ReadyForms.

Resolution

  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. Navigate to kiteworks (tylersftp.tylertech.com) or to the location where new Templates were made available

  3. Download the new Template Zip file (Do not un-zip them)

  4. There are 2 ways to go to Enterprise Forms Administration (ReadyForms):

    1.  via Munis: TylerMenu

      1. ReadyForms Administration Missing From Tyler Menu

    2. or directly via the ReadyForms URL located in TylerDeploy: How to find ReadyForms URLs

  5. Once in the application, please follow instructions on this article: How to Import ReadyForms Templates
