Description of Issue

Content Moderation does not load images prior to approval unless viewed immediately after request is created

Resolution

  • Development is researching this under T311-8887 

  • Contact Enterprise ERP Assets and Civic Support to be linked to the research ticket

  • Workaround: Review images in Request Management prior to approval from the Attachments and KB Docs tab by clicking View All
