How to Remove an Account from Budget Billing



Description of Issue

Citizen would like to be removed from Budget Billing Setup before the end of Budget Billing periods

Cause

Citizen Request



Resolution

GO To Munis > Utility Billing > Master Programs > Utilities


  1. Search Account enrolled in Budget Plan

  2. Select the first service and click View/Modify Utility. The program opens Services

  3. Click Update.

  4. Click the Additional tab.

  5. Set the number of periods field to 1

  6. Click Accept

  7. Bill Account in normal cycle billing

  8. After the account has been billed, update the Service to remove Budget Amount
