Description of Issue

While processing a payment in Tyler Cashiering, when credit card tender was added or when hitting Complete, the following error occurs:


An error occurred adding a tender:

Unexpected error calling the service: '"' is an unexpected token. Expecting white space. Line 1, position 50.TylerPaymentProcessor.Common.ServiceClientException: Unexpected error calling the service: '"' is an unexpected token. Expecting white space. Site's credit card processor is Tyler Payments.

Cause

Issue caused by a Tyler Payments outage



Resolution

Once Tyler Payments outage has been resolved, refresh Cashiering and reattempt credit card payment. Please contact Tyler Cashiering Support if issue persists.
