Workflow business rule deleted in error





Description of Issue

User deleted a workflow business rule and would like to add it back in Munis.

User error



Resolution
  1. View business rule in Workflow Business Rules in Train or Test if it exists there. 

  2. If rule not found in Train or Test, Search by deleted date in Workflow Changes Audit program and Browse to review values changed.

  3. Re-create the rule in Workflow Business Rules program.
