Resolution

  • Purge Pick Tickets allows the user to purge tickets from the system based on a location and date range.

  • The ending date cannot exceed the last day of the current fiscal year, minus two.

  • Any notes associated with pick tickets are also purged.

  • If the Restrict to Specific Locations checkbox in Inventory Roles is selected, you cannot process month-end records; you must have full permissions for all locations in order to process records.
