Description of Issue

Create Prelim Taxes generates amounts on parcels that are inactive. The amounts have no charge and the validation step in the program flags the parcels with HAVE PRELIMINARY FOR MISSING RE M. Tax Update cannot be run. When a delete is attempted an error is received: The system could not lock the record. It could not be found and has likely been deleted.

Cause

The flagged parcels have a partially created bill in the prior year with a Life Cycle of 10.



Resolution

It may be possible to navigate to Omitted Bills and either delete the partial bills or finish processing them.
