Deployment Failed on Verify Cubes - INVALID User Impersonation

Description of Issue

A product deployment from Tyler Deploy fails on the step Verify Cubes. The deployment screen shows:

  • Error with credentials\permissions for Analysis Server domain account xxx\tylerservice

The deployment logs show:

  • Step 2: Verify Cubes
    The step failed: The operation was canceled.    
    The operation was canceled.    

  • INVALID User Impersonation: xxxx\tylerservice

Cause

Domain account or password is incorrect



Resolution

OnPrem Clients

  1. Navigate to the Tyler Cashiering Server Product Configuration page

  2. Under the Cubes section, verify username for Data Mart Job Owner and Analysis Server Domain and Username

    1. This is typically yourdomain\tylerservice

  3. Re-enter password for Domain User Password and Analysis Service Domain User Password

  4. Scroll up and click Save

  5. Re-run deployment or Cubes task
