Description of Issue

Unable to reverse Expand and Collapse Installment Adjustments once subsequent payment activity is present. 

  • Expand Collapse Installment program does not allow fully posted Expand and Collapse Adjustment Batches to be reversed. 

  • Payment Reversals prompts a message: This receipt cannot be transferred due to the following reason: This Receipt cannot be reversed because it is part of an Expand Collapse Installment Adjustment.

  • Adjustment Reversals prompts a message: Error reversing adjustment. Process canceled.

Cause

Cannot reverse Expand Collapse Installment Adjustments once subsequent payment activity exists.



Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue.
